I bet looking back at this now is very frustrating for you lol. Experience is so important in jiu jitsu. If someone is passionate, they should be doing as many tournaments as they can, as early as they can

That was awesome! I personally think white and blue belts make a much more spectator match. Great job!

Brian Dixon as a white belt I learn more from watching white and blue belts at this point. Maybe because I don't know shit, so watching upper belts I can't fully comprehend the subtilties of what they do. I agree with you on this... For now 😀

Nice white belt match. But I didn't care for the "just hold him...25 seconds left." You should be attacking for submissions at all times.

Sean S True. No one watching wants to hear just hold him but when its for a win thats what you have to do

if youre up on points theirs no reason to sacrifice that for a submission..or risk being submitted yourself

ah it was my first month or two into jiu jitsu at the time. If you look at later matches the technique is much improved even at the white belt level. Remember some of us try to start early in competition to see how it feels. No need to be rude.

+Larry Griest it was not my intention... to be rude...
