Still Vamsi has that attitude of supressing freedom of speech. His attitude is like 'Tum he kay aukat hai mere film pe comment kar ne keliye'? .Ticket konna prathivadiki hakku untadi to talk review/opinion/ in anyform good or bad. Film is just a product that consumer consumes by paying money , just like any other market product. Audience dont need to know how hard team has worked, this many years it took to make ,etc etc. all he cares is 'was it worth his time and money?' And Social media is a platform which made democratisation of Speech and expression. Vamsi did not learn anything from the mishap of Guntur karam. Also Hosts have been bad today in this interview ..as they have been confirmist on all the points Vamsi said rather than to dwell deeper on the responses or countering them.

Guys, I only saw 4-5podcasts of these guys. I felt these guys are more about discussing, trying to know and helping youngsters and upcoming film fraternity. In these 4-5podcasts that I saw, I never saw them debating about a topic. Because, I feel that's not the platform and that's not the motive. If they keep doing that, they won't be able to fulfill the purpose of this podcast which is helping youngsters and upcoming film fraternity. What Naga Vamsi spoke is wrong. I personally wouldn't watch a film with his name on it from now on( I am following this for KJO films from last 10years). But the host can't keep drilling them for their views. It's his duty only to get Vamsi view out to the world and we can judge however we want.

I know lot of people won't like him and his views including me before this interview. But he is very clear about his views and he has a clear definition for cinema, KPI for film success, so since it's his money I realised I shouldn't be the judge of how he should spend his money and what type of films he makes. I liked his conviction about this he believed in. Also if all the films sithara made so far in an era without social media or trolling in twitter. He would have been compared on par with dil Raju or allu aravind. He also doesn't try to play a good guy and a torch bearer for cinema. He chose a route and he looks like he's enjoying the journey so far. So maybe the kind of replies he used to give in general film interviews seemed brash when I just looked at the clips of it on twitter. But this podcast seemed cool at least for me. I guess I'll stop expecting great films that I want to personally see from his production and will look for some other production house like swadharma. I'll see him as a neutral producer who makes all kinds of films. I'll go if I like and that's it. Reviews discussion will never end. So no point criticizing it as I would also slap if my HR or some manager who doesn't know a single line of code comments and lectures me on code writing. But they still do as they hired me and pay me. I have to live with it. Hopefully vamsi learns this.

Why? All your experience @ Hriday Ranjan and @Sai Santhoosh does not reflect in the interview. This is early days of your podcast, so a lot to reflect and learn from this episode. My feedback to you both: 1. You don’t need to agree to every thing your guest says. I am not suggesting you should fight, but you should take a rational stand and agree to disagree 2. If you have to acknowledge your guest point of view without taking sides, try to consciously avoid words like "correct", "right", etc. It comes across as if you are siding with the guest POV. 3. Take this podcast as an opportunity to identify your DNA and reflect back how and when you would have reacted differently. This will help you stay grounded to your true self in your future podcasts. 4. The strategy you use for "normal" guest will not work for "dominating/bully" guests. You might want to revisit the choice of questions and YOUR REACTIONS in these interviews. There is NO right or wrong ways to react to the guest answers. I started to hear to your podcast as it gives understanding and perspective of cinema from the people within Telugu cinema. In previous podcasts, it felt as if both hosts are passionate about cinema and arts especially in the podcast with Kasarla Shyam garu. I'm glad to be introduced to such an artist through your podcast, discovered most of the songs I love are by him and the passion he has for Telugu and our native art forms. Agreeing with everything Naga Vamsi spoke is so disappointing. Naga Vamsi is very clear on what he is doing and he owns it, in the contrary hosts are like yes men who sold their soul. End of the day everything can be a commercial venture either be a film, education or healthcare. Progress happens when people have passion towards what they do and remove the commercial element. Guys, I only saw 4-5podcasts of these guys. I felt these guys are more about discussing, trying to know and helping youngsters and upcoming film fraternity. In these 4-5podcasts that I saw, I never saw them debating about a topic. Because, I feel that's not the platform and that's not the motive. If they keep doing that, they won't be able to fulfill the purpose of this podcast which is helping youngsters and upcoming film fraternity. What Naga Vamsi spoke is wrong. I personally wouldn't watch a film with his name on it from now on( I am following this for KJO films from last 10years). But the host can't keep drilling them for their views. It's his duty only to get Vamsi view out to the world and we can judge however we want.
