OPD de room de chart thaka toh moi suko pra deki deki na notun thali se nuh before minster rch civil hospital, I was there from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, I saw all the media , minster toh 3.pm thaka toh thaka nai toh , aro na civil hospital de bathroom toilet nai, plus near opd no fan nor light n blood bank de no link means you ve wait for 7 8 hours for platelet evn patient will die if emergency then, etu kei koi gvt hospital,

Yes Nagaland needs more doctors but isn't employing through the NPSC., instead it relys on national health missions who employ Dr.s and other health workers on a fixed pay. Govt. doesn't have money for salary so band aid solution!!!

Comparing other states we Nagaland State has the highest number of government employees than how comes in almost all the department there is shortage of employees or work force ??? As a bosti manu 'm confused ... So much has been said about health, education, smart City, rural development , 24/7 water and electricity and so on... Highest number of government employees does not equal to highest number of doctors in the state. Might as well share this information for your infinite wisdom but as of 2021, Nagaland has the second lowest doctors in India. Also the new doctors are not even paid salary on time, sometimes even for 2-3months, but then doctors have to go above and beyond all that , right? Just to be clear, I'm not against not allowing govt.docs to practice in private.

We all are aware that there are excess of Govt employees in Nagaland. However, we always hear that there is complaint of shortage of manpower in almost all the departments... Where are the employees... Are they ghost!!!!!! You visit any office and you will hardly find any official. Most people draw salary without going to office and we say Nagaland for Christ.(My apologies for all the sincere and hardworking employees). Hope the minister look into the anomalies in his ministry seriously.. Drawing Non Praticing Allowance and practicing in clinics etc is a grave offence.. No hard feelings please. God bless my Nagaland

@@AkiyetoSumi actually, for becoming a doctor or nurse, you need to have a mother hospital where you have all the specialised areas such as medicine, surgery, ortho, OBG, etc. with both indoor & outdoor patients, so that students can learn hands-on about different diseases & their management. Theoretical classes only is not going to help develop the SKILLS required to be a good doctor or nurse. So, is the college going to be just a ploy by the govt. for some vested interest????
