Nagarro is a great company. I have been working for last 1 year and the time here has been amazing. Though as a fresher the work was limited but the company culture is really great. They care a lot of their employees. And not to forget they are work from anywhere. So you can actully work from anywhere and the company promotes that as well.

here you have mentioned that coding round is related to DSA, so would I learn a DSA from scratch because I do not a knowledge of DSA now so what would I do?

not like that, you just need to spend some time to understand the concept like how they are approaching to solve those easy-med level questions. And if you have already spent quite a few years in development, you obviously have problem-solving skills. So you just need to practice some questions to get the jist and also I noticed not everyone has that DSA round.

It all depends on how much time you are spending to learn React, but if you know javascript, then I think in a month or two, just by creating 2-3 basic projects in React, you can get a good grasp on it. But yeah everything comes with practice. More practice fast result.

So after having a discussion with some old Nagarro employees (or friends) and after doing some other research, I ended up with this decision, I have also mentioned some of the driving factors for you. Like, - policies & benefits for the employees. - organisation culture which is better than other service-based companies. - projects and clients. - last but not least compensation 😃.

I also got know this after clearing interview and right now positions are on hold so its very difficult to get offer even after clearing interview that is why I have asked @sanskar on what tech he was and how much time it took for him to get offer after clearing interview .

I also thought the same & wanted to withdraw my candidature but i didn't, sabar ka faal meetha hota hai, and also I got to know that, this delay happened bcoz my HR left the company.
