13:24 look I'm glad they gave him that outfit, the amount of times we have had a certain outfit appear on the cards of a unit and not for the actual unit isn't ok, like festival zeldris, has his normal clothes on in the card, can't wear them, nebula zeldris, has normal clothes on in card, can't wear them, summer merlin, clothes in the cards, can't wear them, there might be others but those are the only ones I can think of, but even then, there are some unit's that should have something close to the base clothing

Purgatory meli and T1U should be high priority as they are the best units in the games rn. Estarossa is really for an all demons team, and traitor meli is mostly unused these days. Light Liz is okay but T1U is better

Adding on to @Slick Gohan's comment, Traitor Meli is not PvP relevant, but is still top-tier for PvE. Light Liz works well in a Goddess team for PvP (and perhaps in a sins team with the new Ban) but is otherwise just alright.

He did not actually reset the pulls, he just re-started the app and also used the opportunity to load up on more tickets/gems. This video is an edit of a livestream, so there is/are cut(s). The resetting the seed (by resetting the app) is a superstition/ritual/running joke that some people do to "improve" their gacha pulls. It's just a superstition, neither proven or disproven.
