Whoever designed that kitchen didn't know too much about how a commercial kitchen works when he installed the handwashing basin so far away. That poor chef walking back and forth to wash his hands between orders. He's great at preparing each order. Very soothing for us watching.

Thin Blue Line all the way Officer, I won't be happy until President Biden and the Southern Poverty Law Center label Black Lives Matter as a terrorist/racist/hate organization. This is the slowest commercial kitchen I’ve ever seen, the food looks delicious, the way the chef is making food is top tier but this type of process would never work in an American commercial kitchen, makes me sad really. Even the high end restaurants in America are far too busy and people expect to get amazing dishes in 15 mins. I’d love to be able to work in a place like this, having time to explain to my guests how I prepare their food. This video makes me feel many emotions for many reasons. Top tier for sure.

You have great skills, I learned a few things about poached eggs among your work ethic! I'm a comedian and a sales guy by day but started with this on the weekend and was getting high, and now I'm watching it at work and amazed. My brother worked in kitchens but not on your level, mad props and love that content like this exists. What a world! Keep on keeping on brother
