Real respect dude! A master at his trade, accommodating every guest, working like clockwork! 10/10! I gotta commend your cleanliness too, very very nice to see! Bravo! A teeny tiny nit-pick from me would be the blowtorch, I hate the taste of butane personally! That would put a downer on my breakfast But if I had a breakfast like this every day, with these many customers waiting too I could live with it, hell I'd love it!! There's just not enough time, I understand. Blowtorch is the best option here.

Your etiquette is unmatched, phenomenal. It's also really nice how you get on with some customers. However some do get on my nerves, and it's the people expect more. You get what you're given from the chefs, add your sauces or salt, just appreciate the food.
