Dont add crepe over oil, crepe wont stick to the pan.. use onion to wipe out and then pour crepe

Bro that's not the crepe mix. It is an Indian dish mix named Dosa or Dosai that is written on the packet and that is not meant to be eaten that way 😅. It is different than crepe it is made by my pouring some of that liquid flour and then swirling it all round. It is then served with Sambhar specifically lentil soup and some coconut chutney or coconut dip.😂😂
