one thing i didn't understand is that , how does changing cookie can be considered as vulnerability, as you cannot guess other one's cookie, unless xss is there to steal.?

For those of us who like to take screenshots for notes, they're perfect. Saves us from writing, and we can focus more on the video. We can take individual notes, but at least we have the source laid out.
