NAIGC WAG Masters Skills - On LB, ¾ back giant with release and ½ turn in tuck to HB

On LB facing HB, ¾ giant swing backward with release and ½ turn in tuck position to catch HB, finishing in a hang on HB facing LB (Laumann).
This skill is valued as a FIG C level skill.
Composition Requirement(s):
CR I: Bar change
CR IV: Long axis turn of 180° or more (can also be in mount or dismount) or flight skill
This skill is allowable for all ages in NAIGC Masters competitions.
