I have a cyst in the back of my head that sits on the gland that secretes the hormone for sleeping!! And I so wish I could’ve found out what ASMR was when I was younger! So many sleepless nights and being exhausted for weeks on end. I sleep like a damn baby with your videos and the added medication of course but your videos have helped me so much to actually get to sleep, I appreciate it so much, I know this video is very old but it’s a very good one, thank you so much for everything you do!
