1:46 it's because of "ladies" like her, I've got a very bad relationahip with food. I'm afraid to eat in public or in front of others in general, so I keep it with 1 meal a day, which I eat when my fiance and son are a sleep. I know my fiance doesn't judge me, neither does my son. I'm just too ashamed about my not so slim figure, to eat in front of others. So yes, even overweight people like me have a bad relationahip with food.

Fat shaming actually works. All these people who are getting triggered up need to accept the fact that they are obese and lazy and need to workout to lose weight. The same happened with me and it actually boosted me to lose weight and start my journey to become fit.

Telling someone that they are obese and lazy is one thing, bullying is a whole other. Weight loss is also a process, it can be taking and it may affect your mental state. It isn't something you can just get up and do a single jumping jack and lose weight, if someone shows no interest in losing weight for their own health then leave them. Don't bully them.
