Years ago, I was a very fat young man. I weighed 240 pounds, and my body was the size of a beach ball. I tried every known diet possible including OMAD which is short for one meal a day. But then in January 2020 right before the COVID-19 outbreak I decided on my New Year's resolution and one of them was to lose weight. And a friend introduced me to the keto diet. Thanks to the keto diet and exercise. I am now in my 140's and above. You can do the same by following my advice exercise twice a day on a treadmill if you have one and do other exercises as well. You see, the type of exercise doesn't matter what matters is that you get enough of it. Plus, follow the keto diet it worked for me, and it can work for you too. Remember, no matter where you are or whoever you are, you can make a difference even with yourself.

I heard of a theory that during the stone age, fat women were seen as more attractive than skinny women. Mostly because fat women were believed to be more fertile than skinny women. This hits hard. I had an incident - much milder, but irritating nevertheless. I was working with a personal trainer who suddenly asked me with a big grin on her face and a silly pose - "So you want a body like me, huh?" I corrected her - "No I want my body to go back to the way it used to be." Anyway I was just slightly overweight, and quickly achieved my goals - not those of the bimbo trainer. Yes a gym is a positive happy place where one feels great after a workout - but sometimes it can be a bimbo squad or himbo squad where people take pleasure in strutting their stuff and acting like they own the place. Really quite irritating.

Its realy hard for fat people when starting at a gym(been there when i was realy overweight). None comes to help you or check if u do it right. No conforting words or mativation speeches which u need when u start out. Now i have a personal trainer, way more expensive BUT worths every penny. Its the 1st time i kept going for months non stop and realy enjoying it. Always push me as much as i can go. So much better than so many lazy, judging gym employes.
