Kirwa was someone to go to in the 90s. Grounded politician. And his clarity on issues is something to go by. My memory reminds me of him being a darling of kibaki. Being of course an an agriculture mininister was something in my opinion was right with the background where he comes. Mhesh u need to come back on the arena.
