I absolutely love your work! I got my nail tech license 20 years ago when I was 19 yrs old. But, ended up having a family. and I am now re-teaching myself how to do my nails. Your channel has really been a huge benefit for me. And I know this part right here is none of my business, but I wish there were less videos with you finding fault with your work. Beautiful mani!! I am curious though…..isn’t it better to size your tips to your nails before applying your dehydrator, primer and base coat? If you do it after applying them, like in the video, all the touching of the tip to the nail is going to cause the prep you did with the liquids, to break down and affect the longevity of your Gel-X application. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I've been playing around with peel off base coats. I like the idea of it because I like to change up my nails weekly. I got the Jello Jello peel off base coat and 2 or 3 of my nails popped off the next day. I prepped my nails and everything so I was pretty disappointed because I'd heard nothing but good things about that product. Does anyone have any tips on making the nails last longer with peel off base? Should I use a builder gel with it? I don't want to give up on that method yet. I'm sure I'm just not doing something right. Lol

Yes, try Madam Glam's peel off base with your prep, and you'll get a weeks worth of wear out of them for sure! I've tried tons of methods now!
