are these nail positions with a trochaneric or piriformis entry point?

These nails are actually meant for greater trochanteric tip entry as they have slight lateral bend, but the fracture pattern often precludes the trochanteric entry due to close proximity with fracture and thus deviation from the trochanteric tip entry needs to be done.

Sir,My grand Mother has unstable intertrochanteric femoral fracture in right leg doctor done PFN A2 but in Post operative xray i have doubt that nailing fixation done correct or incorrect..Can you clarify it by viewing the xray?
