Nice and clear presentation. It is the understanding of fracture anatomy that decides the selection of implant and technique which eventually decides the success or failure of surgery. Anatomical reduction of fracture is must. You can't think of reducing an unacceptable reduction through implants.

Thank you for this course. ..but the implants you are using were those 9 years back....the stable and instable fractures have to be defined before surgery....actually i am using mostly gamma nailing....and in neck fracture CHIMERA NAILING...LOOKS LIKE A GAMMA NAILING WITH AN ADDITIONAL SCREW AVOIDING ROTATION ....of the FÉMORAL neck...in some cases i put throchanteric prosthesis...

Good information thanks, A3 1 fracture with angle oppsosit is not below to upward, but from up to doward, if added fixed nail along with movable will be ok, but without it hip sliding down screw coming out. Can it be fixed little explanation
