Someone once told me that if I was half as nice to myself, as I was to everyone else, that I’d be alright. That did sting and hurt my heart, but years later I have started advocating for myself. I have other people that are not happy about that, but I just couldn’t take anymore of every one else wanting me to do this or that for them. I know I'm suppper late to the party but just thought I'd add to this comment- I teach special needs kids and the number 1 way we teach is through explaining while showing the kids so they can copy and understand (we call it modelling). It's used for allllll teaching because most of us aren't inventors like Newton, we copy from people like Newton to learn if that makes any sense. So never eveerrr feel bad learning from others, we're all born and learn through watching adults. Also I loveeee your vids and I love the way you say "draw", so cute! 💚🌞

Love this chill video, I've been watching your channel for a while now. I've been binge watching you recently while stuck at home on medical leave and doing my own nails while watching you do yours lol. Love these video's, very inspiring and comfortable. I also has the same issue with the energy drinks, had to quit for a while after having heart palpitations, sickness, almost lethargic after not having another one. Dr.s got worried so I recommend coffee, tea, sugar free energy drinks once in a while as the low sugar seems to help those issues. Plus you could add Mio or flavor packs to sparking water or tonic water, cranberry juice works amazing with sparking or tonic water. Much love!❤

I use a fiber rubber base. It helps with my brittle nails. I lasted about 3 months on a no buy 😂 I need to do it longer. Or at least until I start using some of my stuff. I just bought the regular and thick crazy top in the bottles. I didn’t want to commit to the big jars until I tried it.

Have you ever tried the water you fizz up at home? Like with a carbonation tank and a bottle you attach? If you have good tasting tap water, I think fizzed up water made at home tastes AMAZING. Then you can add whatever flavor you want to it, there are so many out there to choose from, even some with caffeine!

Hey Anne, I love your long videos! I also wanted to say something about the energy drinks, as someone who also has an energy drink addiction. In the normal energy drinks like monster or red bull the caffeine is taurine. There is a natural plant derived alternative to taurine called guarana which I heard is a lot better for the body and heart. There are some energy drinks that use guarana instead of taurine. Sadly I don’t know any specific brands you could try because I am not from the US. But maybe you could try to find some with guarana in it. Obviously it’s still energy drinks so pls still be careful with drinking them not too much ❤❤

Buying nail supplies is such an addiction! But I love the idea of you doing videos using a "shop my supplies" style... but also, a no buy will allow you to then invest into Korean and Japenese products (e.g. the BEST milky whites are either yogurt nails #05 (purchased from sweetie) or Fgel FS01 (from Zillabeau))

Put some sugar free lemonade in the sparkly water .. there are different taste and you can mix that too . And create a mixed drink I do the same with normal water because it gets boring really easy so I always mix lemonade and ice in there so I drink it 🫣

I recommend mixing regular store brand mandarin seltzer (idk about anyone else but polar is NOT fizzy enough for me) in orange juice with a splash of mango juice, it tastes similar to the orange loco monster. It’s not the exact same lol I totally get what you mean by the sodas hitting different but its still really yum

I’ll do the no buy summer with you!!! I’ve been buying so much stuff on Temu that I need to stop. I have to NEED whatever I’m buying or it’s not going in the cart. But that is something that helps me, fill my cart and then delete it. Maybe that’ll help someone else too.
