I've had my press on business for 3 years now. I can't tell you how many tips you have helped me with. From the tips I use, the white gel polish, all the way to how to do my french tips. I paint the end all cray cray and clean it up with acetone and a little brush just like you did with the second coat. Today, I had someone ask me how I get such crisp lines with my smile line. It was such a huge compliment for me. I legit would have never taken the plunge into making press ons if it wasn't for your channel.

Hi Val! I’ve been watching your videos for almost a year now. I started making my own press ons last spring. I’ve learned so much from you. I wanted to thank you for that but also my 3 year old daughter watches your videos with me at night. She loves nails (has her own child safe polish) and constantly asks me to make her some nails. Bonding with her while watching and learning from you has been such a great experience. So thank you for helping with that. Also frenchies are difficult for me too. But because I have a potential HEMA allergy i use light elegance their gel polishes are watery and I think that’s why they get streaky, it’s always hard for me to apply them. Their color gel isn’t bad though but the ones I currently have are discontinued. I’m gonna try their butter creams. Supposedly it’s a 1 coat, super opaque and goes on oh so smooth. Their hard gel called cool gel is honestly awesome! And then their jimmy gel (their version of BIAB) is pretty good too. I just have liner brushes from Amazon ha ha. I am just starting to sell pressons wish me luck getting my first order!

Thanks so much for this tutorial. I’ve realized that if you don’t have good products to use no matter how much practice you do you may not get the best results. Here in Canada I don’t see that melody Susie white on my amazon. I just did a temu order and ordered a whole bunch of whites to try. Hopefully I find the right consistency 😂😂. ❤

You do such beautiful work. I am so glad I found your channel! Can you apply press ons over a gel base coat? I have a lot of ridges in my natural nail and press ons seem to pop off. I do really well with Gel X using a solid gel glue but I would love to make my own press ons. Thanks!!

I feel like the Melody Susie polishes in the silver bottles are a “thick” line and the white may be regular.

If I wipe before adding French it wipes the tacky layer off my base. Will this cause any issues? Lint is THE worst! Seems like a great method to avoid lint in Frenchie and top coat tysm! Can't wait to purchase your Brush and congrats! ❤
