I just got one and the instructions say you can use it on your hips or legs. Have you tried that yet?

Im a 53 year old well driller a good massage is better than ...just about anything & it is really tough finding a person to do it right. Seriously, hence why Im looking at this mechanical massager, I had one similar years ago and it just ripped at the skin.

RJ this one works really well! I would say I still use it at least once a week, just because I get tight shoulders and headaches from time to time. I just use it over my shirt and sweater so I’ve never found its rips at my skin. This is still one of my top amazon purchases for sure 🙌🏻
