I'm probably not the only one saying this but this was used in Windows Server 2003 (albeit unused by default, but title.wma on server 2003 aka NT 5.2 contains this song and not the one used in XP aka NT 5.1) and in Windows Longhorn's earlier builds that still used the XP style out-of-box-experience on first boot. It's a good fuckin song. Microsoft should have also put this in Vista's sample music folder just for the hell of it.

This song was used in a few Windows Vista Beta versions, as a bit of music that would accompany you during installation. The only other system I know of to do anything similar was Windows XP, which had an original composition. I wish more things did this! I would like to hear a nice jam like this while I install Windows today.

This is the OOBE music of Windows Server 2003 (and Longhorn builds from 3683 to 4008 due to the usage of the Server 2003 code base in the system, the audio file still exist in the OOBE folder of Longhorn 4015 onwards despite the builds don't have an OOBE). Server 2008 onwards do have OOBE, mostly for entering the Admin password.
