At 17.00 Sethi Saab says Supreme court will not go against Indian majority. Wrong. This not how SC functions in India. SC will have no objection because- A) Article 370 is ammended and not abrogated. B) it is amended is same way as it was added, by presidential order. If court overules it,it means it's addition to constitution in 1952 was also fraud. So SC will not over rule it. Section 1 of article 370 still remains, which says POK is also part of J&K.

Kashmiris had got undue special status just because of being Muslim. Also they managed to take more seats in assembly than proportion of their population wrt Jammuband Ladakh such that power always remained with Muslim Kashmir and took full advantage in terms of political power, jobs education funds etc. 35A which decided citizenship was backdated to before partition so as to deny hindus and sikhs who migrated during partition to Jammu their citizenship of Jammu and Kashmir. From pov of Pakistan mufti and abdullahs were touts India but from pov of Indians they used their power to protect separatist terrorists and stone pelters. Kashmir complains of India trying to change demography but they used their power to change demography of Jammu and Ladhakh.

India has just modified the Art 370 which is temporary in nature and time to time amended by presidential order.we haven't changed our constitution w.r.t Art 370.
