Reindeers are vegetarians, only eating plants and mushrooms, so considering you are what you eat, it's not a stretch to say that reindeers are almost like vegetables themselves (certainly they possess the IQ of an average potato). So, you can remain a vegetarian despite eating reindeer.

Onhan noita erillisiä ruokavalioita kuten lakto-ovo vegejä jotka on kyllä täyttä potaskaa. Joko olet vegaani/kasvissyöjä. @@lakkuh Vitsihän se oli, totta kai. Btw, "Kasvis/vegaanit eivät syö mitään joka on elävää" on erikoinen lause. Lihaa syödessä syödään kuollutta tavaraa, joskus jopa aika kauan sitten kuollutta, mutta jos pistelee suuhunsa hyvää, tuoretta salaattia (joka ei ole muuttunut vielä limaiseksi, lötköksi ja ruskeaksi), niin silloin syö todellakin yhä elävää ainesta. Vegaanit siis erityisesti syövät eläviä eliöitä. Ainoastaan kuollut ihminen ei syö mitään, mikä ei kerran ollut osa elävää olentoa. Vaikka söisi pelkkää sokeria, öljyä ja proteenimössöä vitamiinipillereillä höystettynä, niin se on silti lähestulkoon kokonaan elävästä aineksesta peräisin. Toki monilla kasveilla se on olennainen osa lisääntymisstrategiaa, että osia niistä tulee syödyiksi (monet marjat/hedelmät), mutta ne ovat silti osa elävästä organismista, yhtä kaikki.

@@herrakaarme Toden totta. Olin kirjoittanut hieman väärin tuon oman lauseeni. Elänyt enemmänkin ja eläinperäistä :D Mutta on tuokin totta kasvit ovat eläviä organismeja. Itse en ole vegaani/kasvissyöjä mutta kyllä nämä asiat aina kiinnostaa. Kiihkovegaanit on yleensä semmoisia joista ei pääse oikein sisälle ja huono väitellä.

väinö kalevi Denmark and Iceland are actually not located in scandinavian peninsula either, but both countries are considered Skandinavian. Scandinavian can refer to ethnicity, culture, language, geographical location or whatever. therefore Finland in some ways is more scandinavian than Iceland for example. Oh, and by the way... many Finnish people ARE scandinavian or have scandinavian ancestors and/or speak a scandinavian language.

IDK channel Denmark and Iceland are considered Skandinavian and they are further away from Skandinavian peninsula than Finland. the scandinavian peninsula goes from Sweden and Norway through the North and stretches to russia through Finland and Norway. Scandinavian is also used to describe ethnicity and/or language and customs.

Real Finland starts when you drive 800km up from Helsinki. And then you will arrive to real Finland! The most beautiful place in the world in my opinion. Its the Artic circle, we call it napapiiri! Some Finns, living outside of of Helsinki, and not knowing the town at all, have an unrealistic and false idea of the place. No, it's not just a "tourist attraction" - the parts of helsinki tourists tend congregate in are maybe 5%, at most, of the town. Helsinki covers a large area, and there's much to see here. It's a good place to live also, and on the scale of capitals in Europe, it is an unusually green city too; almost everywhere in Helsinki is close to a forested area. We have a very large central park (I live close to the southern edge of it), and there's so much coastline in Helsinki that you're never far from water, and beautiful coastal views. The Southern Helsinki, which is what you mostly see in videos like this, has some great architecture and nice sites, but it's just a small part of the town. It is outright juvenile to claim Helsinki - where more Finns live than in any other town in Finland - to be the "least Finnish place ever". I don't get the hostility at all. I bear no such ill will towards any other part of Finland - every part has it's high points and low points, and it's all beautiful in it's way. I love living in Helsinki, and I know the town better than most (I drive taxi here). Where I live, it's five minute walk to the central park - a large forest - to the east, and a five minute walk to the coast park areas to the west. Everything i need is near by, and I've got great connections everywhere. What I've found is that the people that speak ill of Helsinki are the people who have little to no experience with the town.
