Exactly the questions I have been asking in a low key for many years now. I used the MTN recharge voucher and MTN having over 80 million subscribers in Nigeria for a case study. I assumed only 10 Million MTN users recharge a card of 100 naira in a week. Just multiply the 100 naira by 10 million users and see the answers. Then replicate same with the bank charges on all the transactions happening in Nigeria every day. Also remember the monthly charges and other charges, you will agree with me Nigeria has no business borrowing money or owing anybody in this country. But where are those taxes going to? What of the demonic charges our schools charge students and guardians? Where are those monies going to? Why do we need to source funds from elsewhere to fund the education sector? Enough money is coming into Nigerian education institutions but no accountability. We are doomed with the current order of Nigeria!
