Life's too short to not be nice to people, I love your happy-go-lucky attitude, and how utterly pleasant you are with all whom who meet on your e-biking journeys. 👍 Heck, even if I'm having a bad day I'm always nice to folk I meet whilst I'm out an about e-biking (and just in general) - You've got to be, because the way I see it is ...Well, you just never know how bad a day the person you meet may be having, and they could be going through the absolute worst of times - and if you're not pleasant to them you may just be the catalyst to them making a terrible life decision. 🚲⚡👍

People always ask, if I stopped on my trail, if I need help. My policy too. When my wife crashed her bike, a car stopped, with a nurse driving. Got us help. Must be Midwest friendliness.

@ I live in a medical community. Med school and 2 major hospitals and many independent clinics. Bike riders stopped. And 2 other vehicles. All before an ambulance arrived. We have a law in Illinois protecting Good Samaritans from liability. Good law. Makes it safer to help your neighbors.

Losing a pedal doesn't effect mid drive operation. BTDT. Chain is the weak spot. Christopher has been having the same issue with his crank arm that you did. We're trying Teflon tape on the screw to increase the grip. If that doesn't work time to being out the red LockTite.

@@IMBruceECLECTIC If anything you running these E-bike batteries to their breaking point is a great thing (maybe not always for you 😅😢) as any potential buyer will have a much better idea of the 'realistic, real world' mileage - as opposed to the makers wildly over exaggerated claims of say 85 miles from a 48v13ah battery. I learnt a while back to read the silly small print of "* when using the lowest peddle-assist of 6mph" 🤣
