Compare it with Arusha city in Tanzania and let us know the differences and similarities as people usually think the cities are in the same level.

Nakuru’s GDP is actually comparable to Rwanda’s. You need to visit the large wheat and dairy farms. An international airport in Nakuru is actually in the works.

Nakuru is not so new. I am 77, and I remember it when I was a little girl of 4 years old, in1949 to 1955, when I was 10 years old. I used to go to the Hotel in Nakuru called the Stag's Head Hotel, for lunch sometimes and sit on the balcony and watch the traffic on the main road. I knew the two cinemas very well. where the towns fold would once a year put on a Pantomime on the stage. I loved the films put on there. Next door to the Hote,l there was a small Park with trees and flowers. I lived seven miles from Gilgil in the countryside. I can still see it from Google earth and Dushka Repton's Farm where she raised Jersey Cows which gave us Milk, Butter and Cream! I loved playing with my friend Ciristina and my sister Weenie Baba! @robbiechillbyne84482 жыл бұрын
Yes. Soil structure is weak. Tall buildings are discouraged. The area is in the floor of Rift valley and prone to tecnonic & vulcanicity due to nearbuy dormant volcanoes. Now you know
