You are a100% right sister. This contract was like the opening offer from the post office. Then typically we should have came in with something too high. Then negotiate something in the middle. It is impossible to believe after 20 months.This is what the middle was. Total and complete failure. We vote NO, we go to arbitration, we really have nothing to loose

I support you and im with you i feel the same way, postal carrier myself But carriers and postal employees need to do more than TALKING and Venting about what’s going on and actually do SOMETHING about what’s going on… all this talk is getting no where.. some ppl agree some won’t That’s just the post office.. some hate it some love it… everyone just stand on your words and get it done from there.. these vids not doing it at all… Post office not worth it Its bigger and deeper than this.. they dont care if carriers showed them they don’t care as a whole as much as they do.. things will be different

I was a carrier for 13 yrs Level 6 making 36000/yr and I left in 2000 to go into IT, best choice i made for me and my family dont be afraid. you know whats best for you and your family. Work there but start something on side. not saying its easy , but you gotta take care of you and do whatever has to be done

@@XxGlaciersOfIcexX for being a mail carrier for almost 4 years under unsafe conditions and violations by management , top pay should be starting pay in my opinion including the importance of our safety which was not included in the agreement. So hopefully new comers realize that we are worth way more than 19 to 36 dollars. We have so much deductibles as career coming from our checks that we still need to have a living wage to be secure.
