One thing a lot of people are missing with the charges. This is going to prompt an investigation which will basically show what renfroe has been asking for and what the post office is purposing everything they’ve agreed on and where they are on the things they don’t agree with. And how ironic it would be that we get a TA really fast now. These charges however will remove renfroe from bargaining any contracts in the future which depending on the length of the contract could mean renfroe starts the process again. Which we don’t want.

I think it would be more accurate to accuse the USPS of delaying the contract. Not being open about what is going on during negotiation, sure that's on Renfroe, but the delay in my eyes lies at the feet of the USPS.

It should have gone to arbitration. Many will tell you that we won't get what we want with arbitration. But all they have to do is look around at what all the other unions are getting 20-30% raises are the norm.

From what I have been told is 95 percent is done including economic part but they need each topic to be voted yes and there are still 1 or 2 nos on some topics. Everything has to be unanimous on each vote. There should be more transparency though. Lots of back pay coming once it's officially done.
