there is no option for uv tile settings and the under texture set list it is showing 3 different layers for 3 UV maps. what can I do to solve these problems?

As a zbrush beginner, would you suggest me that I should start using mouse or pen tablet is strongly recommended?

i would strongly suggest to start with a pen tablet, doing it with a mouse is possible but it adds an extra layer of complexity to something that is already challenging at first. I can recommend wacom and huion brands, both of them are good

there is no option to switch the quality, I think the video is in 360p

thankyou, now there is an option to switch to 1080p, previously there was only 360p and nothing else.
