GuttiGeri manappa known monanymously as Manu was an Indian actor who acted in around 85 to 100.. He was also known for being a theatre artist, a teacher and socialist.
His first work in the Kannada film industry was in the movie 'Manassinante maangalya' opposite to actress Jayanthi..
His works in the kannada film industry include, Ondu premada kathe, Suprabhata, Mr. Raja, hrudayageete, Haavina hede, Veerappan and many more.. He married Mrs Asha, in 1975, who was a government teacher. Mrs Asha has won state and national awards in the field of teaching. They have two children, Manasi and Gautham.
This Noorondu Nenapu is with Mrs Asha Manu who has beautifully presented her emotional journey and the ups and downs faced before and after Manu's demise.
