നമ്മുടെ സ്വന്തം അരിയുണ്ട || Soft Ari Unda ||Kerala Nostalgic Snack |Rice Ladoo Ep:756

Ingredients
Matta Rice -1cup
Jaggery - 3tbsp
Cashew nuts -10 opt
Grated coconut -6tbsp
Salt-
Method
Wash and drain 1 glass of matta rice.
Dry roast the rice for 15 mins. Stir occasionally. When it turns the colour stir continuously.
Let it cool down. Grind the rice into fine powder.
Dry roast any nuts. I have used cashewnuts.
Powder jaggery into fine pieces/powdered.
Add the rice powdered , cashewnut powdered. Mix well. Whip 3 tbsp of jaggery powder, salt and coconut. Add it to the rice powder mix.
Mix it with hands. Adjust sweetness accordingly. Make it into balls. Add ghee or oil or warm water if required.

But ഇച്ചിരി മധുരം കുറഞ്ഞു പോയി. 18 അരിയുണ്ട കിട്ടി ഇ അളവിൽ എനിക്. ഭർത്താവും മകനും വളരെ ആസ്വദിച്ചു കഴിക്കുന്നത് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ സന്തോഷമായി. പുറത്തു നിന്നുള്ള ഫുഡ് കുറിച്ചിട്ടു വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത് കൊടുക്കാനാണ് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത് പോലെ ടേസ്റ്റി ആയിട്ടുള്ള ഓരോന്നും innium ഉണ്ടാക്കണേ chechi... എത്ര thanks പറഞ്ഞാലും മതിയാവില്ല ചേച്ചിയോട്. Chechi ഓരോ വീട്ടമ്മമാരേം എന്തു മാത്രം സഹായിക്കുകയും സ്വാധിനിക്കുകയും ചെയുന്നുണ്ടെന്നു ചിലപ്പോൾ ചേച്ചിക് അറിയില്ലാരിക്കും. ഡിഗ്രി ടൈമിൽ mrge kazhiyumpol inik chaya mathrame idan ariyarunnullu.
