Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, Daimoku, 15 Min

"Nam-myoho-renge-kyo" is a phrase chanted within all forms of Nichiren Buddhism. It's the central mantra in the practice and is a devotion to the Mystic Law of the Lotus Sutra, which is held to be the teachings of the Buddha. Chanting this phrase is believed to enable individuals to tap into their inherent Buddha nature and to manifest its benefits in their lives and the lives of others. It's a practice aimed at personal enlightenment and the betterment of society based on Buddhist principles.
