Visited Mae's cooking school 2 weeks ago and now addicted to her KZbin and TikTok 🥰 Saw Kara and Nate's video on Secret Cooking School 6 years ago and my gosh it was worth the wait!

I am so happy you could finally make it to our school! Such a nice way to wake up in the morning knowing that lovely people like you had such fun learning with me. Soon I will be doing more full cooking demos and some fun traveling videos with my husband. We love Kara & Nate! They are such nice people!

I make pad ka pow a lot and one time I thought why am I adding water from the tap when I have all this flavor inside the pestle? My pad ka pow went from great to fantastic. And I'm not lying I have fed my pad ka pow to Thai people and they say it's the best one they have ever had. I go hard on it :) But yes adding water from pestle is definitely a pro tip :)
