Used to do yoga in my hippy days, then I became a yuppy only worried about working construction. In my 50s started watching this on TV. Wonderfully I started again and as a beat up old man I retired at 67. Couldn't have made it with out Marion, Michelle, and Lilly. Now I am 75 can't do very many poses be it helps! Thanks Kate Potter!!!!

I remember I use to admire these videos back 15 -20 years ago and I watched every episode. Since then, I started my yoga practice and became a hot yoga instructor for more than 9 years. It has changed my life for the better, so I thank you for inspiring me. I loved all the camera angles, and the changing scenes, Namaste was ahead of their time.

I have been doing Namaste Yoga since 2010 and I used to record it off the Discovery channel. I struggled with back pain and nothing streched my scoliosis and relieved my pain like Kate Potter's poses. I too bought the DVD when it disappeared from cable TV but DVD's dont get played anymore. I am so glad it is here on KZbin. Totally ahead of it's time and it has changed my mobility for the better. Nothing like it!

Yes! I missed these videos. I brought the season one disc that got scratched and no longer have a DVD player. I kept wishing they had a way to digitally download these episodes especially when I couldn't find them on KZbin anymore. So happy to see this.

Hi I live in France, sorry for my english. I start yoga with namaste yoga in 2013 on french Channel (who was si ce disappeared), yoga session was translated in french, it was wonderful for me). Thank you I love your program, I love your pratice. But since french Channel was deseappered in 2017, since I´m lost because it is very difficult for me to follow a session in english. I have already written to you to know if you program exist in french or translated in french, you answered to me that no possible now. So today I ask a new time. Have you think to translated namaste yoga 🧘‍♀️ in french ? Please 🙏🙏. Your apps and Channel were not in french. I am so disappointed and sad. Please can you think about french translation ? Thank you . Namaste and love 🙏❤️ Subtitles are better than nothing but shift. ❤️
