This video is for those of you who love tartar sauce.
In the video, I made one large okonomiyaki, but I think it is too big, so please make two using the recipe below. I think it will be just the right size.
You can use Nanban vinegar for a crispy tartar sauce.
Of course, it can be eaten with sauce as well, but it may be too rich in flavor.
Taste and adjust the amount of sauce as you go.

Recipe (for 2 pieces of okonomiyaki)
Ingredients
Tartar sauce
2 boiled eggs (100g)
100g onion
3g salt
75g mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice (or vinegar)
2 teaspoons (10g) sugar
Nanban vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons mirin
1.5 tsp rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Okonomiyaki
180g cabbage
30g green onion
85g flour
85g water
3 to 4 tablespoons fish cake
1 raw egg
1 teaspoon (2g) soup stock granules
*Add squid, sliced pork, or other ingredients as desired.
