Name the critter - what is this from my garden? New Zealand Flatworm, leech, giant nematode??

While I was moving some pebbles today I came across this little beauty. I've no idea what it is. It looks like a peripatus but they are normally felty not slimy. It has a set of golden stripes down it's back - a bit like a leach but it has a paler underside like a slug.
