Distributor + KFI cheated kannadigas by not adding screens in the beginning itslef, people already booked tickets, later they added kannada vesion screens. so there will be slow bookings. Don't measure this as actual demand for kannada dubbing, if they had screened kannada version in key malls & opened bookings same time - kannadigas would have booked more tickets. Ramcharan & Jr NTR have put effort to dub in kannada in their own voices for kannadigas to enjoy the movie.

Basically the reason is people of 3 to 4 generation, who are non-Kannadiga lived and living in Karnataka. So obviously that's the reason their producers have guts to release their movie so confidently in Karnataka. Non-Kannadiga people obviously watch the movie of their mother tongue Telugu, Tamil or Hindi. Thank God Kolkata is not near by Karnataka. Our Kannadiga people will not go to some remote bare land to get a life but they have to.

I was seeing some reviews in other languages (not telugu) how people are feeling about the film. Even if the movie is very good , people are like ahhh.....It was good...It's not coming heart fully because still there feel it is not our language film. It's an outsiders film not sure of jealously because they are unable to give such films in their language.I am sure if this movie was made in pure tamil/ kannada they would be shouting semma film ..blockbuster
