Hello! Love your Qud videos. I have learned a lot, especially RE: esper builds. A lot in terms of how attributes affect certain skill cool downs. I mean - any little bit helps in this game. I really like the idea of this. I always get lost when down in the caves. Looking forward to more

I wonder what season 4 will be? I've beel looking over the mutations and cybernetics recently.. i have to say, Juke+Short Blades+Triple-Jointed(+Horns) seems like ridiculous shenanigans. Push all the bonus mutations into Triple-Jointed, end up with a 97% chance to refund certain skill cooldowns by level 35 or so. Turns Juke into roughly +33 free attacks. Also, enjoying this series quite a bit! You actually got me into CoQ, still on EP 21 of your Esper Playthrough. Live and Drink!

Have you tried Infra Arcana before? It is a game similar to Caves of Qud or other Nethack-styled games.

You have to collect a whole stack before setting them all as important, the game keeps individual important items separate from unimportant ones even if they're the same kind

Seems like you should have looted all the corpses around the bookbinder and just sold all their crap if you were really worried about water long term.

Idk dont know much about the game other than the last series with Hecate. But it really doesn't make sense how your Chainmail armor could be cracked, I get its like a structural condition on the armor. But if you snap a few links the chainmail still works perfectly fine and would protect you well enough, except the one spot you would have something hit you directly. Just a funny thought, love to see Qud back on the channel!

Still can't appreciate shields, a waste of inventory space for me. True kin with multiweapon expertise, cudgel skill and two maces/hammers beats the shit out of centipedes, salthoppers and bears. You still need to be careful but it's less tedious. Also thanks for the tip about coordinates on the books. I saw your house of Isner challenge a couple of days ago and was "dude wtf how people found this in a Markov's chains". I'd never found this myself lol.

No worries! I love shields in Qud - deft blocking and staggering block is such an elite combo to get stunlocks!

This might be a stupid question, but how do you get your game to auto-explore so quickly? Mine goes maybe at 1/4th the speed of what I see in your videos

There is a setting in the options, under the 'automation' tab - set it to the infinity symbol
