I like their chemistry pre timeskip in the manga.. especially their bickering. It's always Zoro to first to notice that Nami was bitten during drum island. Zoro is very attentive when it comes to Nami.

This reminds me of a very old video i've seen when i was a kid and i had just started reading my first action manga which was naruto, and was called sasuke and sakura - wherever you will go... it made me fell in love with this song. Only some years later I would have become a great fan of One Piece. Sasuke and Sakura are now today married since years. I am so happy to see Wherever You will Go now being used for Nami and Zoro, a duo that i really like and see well together... thank you for this beautiful video!

I'll be honest,if i weren't a fan of the anime i probably would've though they were gonna end up together in season 2.I do ship them but Oda clearly said there wasn't gonna be any romance between the strawhats.I hope that maybe one day Oda will change his mind about romance between these two and find a way to do it without changing anything big in the story.

I know you didn't do it with the intention to be romantic. But appart from telling you this is beautiful, I wanted to add that I don't get why people get so upset about the shipping or not shipping. I like it both ways. Yes, I know the creator didn't want romance between the crew, however shipping doesn't mean it's going to happen, if anything it's going to atract more people to watch the show. So let people have fun however they like. If there are ships, let them be if there aren't don't be mad about it either. And even if the creator doesn't want right now romance he might change his mind over time or might just not want to get involved in the LA which would give Netflix more freedom to do whatever the hell they want. And the fact that the creator said that might mean there won't be romance on screen between the crew, but might at the end make some if them end up together in the future even if we don't see or know how that happened. Plus, even if he doesn't want romance, he might want the main characters to have children so we'll see what happens. So just relax and enjoy the show. It's too good to be fighting over something neither of us can control.

I think alot of people Misconception the interactions between zoro and nami in the live actions, in the anime/manga nami always acting like this she always care about his friends, Just like when she care and cries for luffy in the whole cake island and same with robin in water 7 and sanji in zou ,, she always showing how cares she his because she doesn't want to lose someone that closest to her for the Second time, but What's interesting is, in the anime/manga nami does not have any concern for zoro at all and she never knows what happened to zoro in the baratie , because during zoro vs mihawk and Luffy vs don krieg nami already leaves the crew and stole the going merry, and when zoro knows nami’s betrays luffy , zoro q advised luffy to leave her behind, proving he doesn't care about nami too lol, Later, he only agreed to go after her because his captain ordered him to do so.

Yes, you have a point. As for me, I think it was expected ... just like in the anime in pre-time skipped Nami and Zoro shipped garnered many fans since the beginning of OP until ODA decided to cut their interactions, thou I understand because rewatching the anime as an adult makes me realize how natural and compatible their characters are, their subtle concern for each other and how they are in completely opposite side when dealing with serious conversation balances out; how they're so similar yet so different blew me away. I know that 'romance' is a big no-no among the crew but it seems like ODA doesn't have a problem with Nami being touchy with other straw hats males but with Zoro, it feels like it's a line we shouldn't cross. Maybe because it would be awkward for their character to do so... as it would stir up a reaction and would wake the sleeping dragons (the zonami), but we can't blame them tho NAMI is HOT and ZORO is BUFF but when we trace back from the beginning, it was like they're both drag in an adventure they didn't even ask for and both need to rely on each other because their captain is in another planet hahahah. And then, OPLA happened and Emily and Kenyu managed to bring this interaction to life, that's why even those who have been a fan and even those who never know OP seems to notice the chemistry and here we gooo the comments #noromanceamongthecrew saga continues.
