This looks like paid-for PR Hyphen first advised the GRN on the design of the project, then set the company up a month before the Request for Proposals was issued in June 2021, then was awarded the project in November 2021. It may be clean energy, but it is going to be severely destructive in environmental terms, possibly destroy 4 000 square kilometers of the endemic plants of the succulent Karoo biosphere in this area.
