Japan looks so clean and orderly. Every time I watch these videos, I just notice how clean the streets and stores are. I'm not seeing any trash on the streets or messed up shelves in stores. The fried corn that you’re making is called bakwan in my country. We usually make it together with sliced carrots, sliced cabbage and sometimes small shrimp. But we can also make a simple one like the ones you made here. Spices we normally use is sliced leeks, grinded red onion and garlic. The scale between flour and corn flour is 3:1. Mix them all together and then add pepper powder, msg, sugar and baking powder. Mix again and then add water slowly until right consistency, then fry it as usual. If you want to try it, I’ll give the link to the original video. Anyway, as usual your video is very relaxing to watch, thank you for your consistency in making the videos.
