It's been a while since I had plans Friday night.🌙
It's nice to wake up in the morning with something to look forward to.
I made lunch box and ate it outside since it was getting warmer.🍃
I take a jacket with me when I go out, but lately I rarely wear it and bring it home with me.
The look of the supermarkets has changed a little bit.
I am excited to go to the supermarket to see what they have these days. 🤭

3 eggs, 3 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon white soup stock, 1 teaspoon sake, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1 tablespoon sugar, a pinch of salt
Corn cheese risotto
1 corn cob, 1 cup rice, 600ml boiled corn kernels, 1 tablespoon white wine, 10g butter, cheese, salt and pepper
(I topped it with grilled salmon and cheese)
Carrot consomme soup
1/4 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1 teaspoon consommé granules, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon olive oil

I live in America 🇺🇸🦅too...California I've been taking care of myself for many years now I just turned 71 on May 5th And I look like I'm in my 40's..& I feel great I like how she takes time caring for her self as well and How She takes time preparing her foods I Do the same I live alone too... and I take time to make Each Meal Special It just taste so much better...I too never forget to pray over my food that God has given me ...He's (God) the first I talk to in the morning and the last B4 bed✝️🤲 I drink alot of water It has contributed to me having great skin I just found her site I will be watching some of her past videos to catch up
