In reality this is a cooking show masquerading as a vlog. It's also very well done and takes a lot of effort to both shoot the material and then to cut it together. I wouldn't be surprised if the "I am a Japanese office worker who lives alone" is just a ruse. But, the material is enjoyable and tastefully done, so who am I to complain.

I grow my own organic veg and save a lot of $. We use garden pots and a few hand built garden boxes on our patio for half our plot and plant potatoes, cabbage, green beans, onions and broccoli in the ground. We don't buy veg for 6 months. It's great. I grow some veg indoors in winter too. Love the dishes you're making. Healthy life...long life.
