Aman was basically buying his whole company for 1 crore . The company which he spent years to build with his hard work was worth much more than 1 crore based on his sales & quality of the products . The guy was innocent & not confident on his own abilities but other sharks knew the actual worth of his company . They gave him better offers still he didn't pursue it . The sharks were quite right in their assessment & their frustration was quite right as well . Ashneer gave him better offers just to save him from aman . He made aman to offer him 40% for 1 cr which was earlier 100% for 1 cr . Basically saving 60% of his company . ( Not anything against aman though , he is a businessman & he was trying to reduce his competitors which is fair on his part )
