When he said it was under a $1000 he was correct because it was $999.9

One octave version with up and down octave shifting on the dead notes and mountable like an octapad=instant buy for me!
@EliPorter4565 жыл бұрын
@Salim Sivaad Fair point you have 8 notes on an octopad that's enough if your a drummer that's supposed to play a couple synth notes every notes now and then. Also why do I see your comments Salim on every mallet video on the web, Tim Collins, Marimbalogy, etc. The mallet nerds 😂😂.

God the things I would do to have one of these. My tiny glockenspiel could NEVER.

There is another review that challenges the dynamic capabilities of this Malletstation but this video seems to demonstrate that response and dampenings are actually responsive. Great news for this product.

Really good demonstration, interesting product.

Amazing! Revolutionary i'd say. That dead sticking technology could really help out electronic drums

hah... Back in July of 2013, I sent Keith McMillen Instruments an email requesting them to develop a multi octave MIDI mallet based on their QuNexus technology. Looks like they hooked up with Pearl and I got my wish! Now I feel obligated to buy it! Fortunately, this looks awesome!!

Any plans for a 2 octave version? Would definitely buy one.

It's got tremolo just like an honest_2_goodness vibraphone!!! 😊😎

Why is there no 2 octave version? It would be an immediate buy if there was.

Wow. I never want to spend a grand on anything. Until now.

Nice, but I don't see the whole magnet sticker thing on altered notes. It feels fiddly for no reason. Waiting for the v2 with on/off lighted pads that switch on transpose.

I can't wait until this is available. The layering feature alone makes it worth it. I'm assuming this can plug right into Mainstage and rock on.

Is it possible to set up volume pedals/other pedals that can act as volume pedals to the MalletStation?

I would buy this if there was a 2 octave version😂 I would want to use it like Neil Peart’s malletkat for sampling bells and percussion I can’t fit a large 3 octave instrument to my left

It seems to me that a normal vibraphone is usually damped with a pedal and not with the mallets.
@richdefazio24977 жыл бұрын
Don't we need dead sticking on drum controllers as well? Why doesn't Roland think that's important for the money they charge for drums? I think this mallet station is a giant leap forward in controllers, and I can actually afford it

Do you have to download any sounds or is it already set with some things Edit: is there an app for it
