Hell yeah dude! Those blacksmith strings were a highlight for me at the show. I came back the second day and bought 10 more sets to giveaway to viewers on the channel. One viewer swears by those strings!

Yeah those strings were a nice surprise! I actually didn't use them myself, I restrung them on two basses I sold. I don't see the coated bass strings sold anywhere now in the US haha

Glad you got to go and filmed some content. Those Sterling finishes looked sick. The whole showcase looked appealing. I’m especially intrigued by the $10 coated strings. Love my Elixirs but $40+ can get a bit much.

New sterling finishes are pretty nice, but was hoping for them to release new products besides a limited edition Sterling Sterling. For reference the coated strings were $10 at the show, I don't think they will retain for that price. Lots of gear is cheaper at the show, last year I purchased a StroboStomp tuner for 25% off.

The sansamp XB does have cabinet simulation… all sansamps have cab sim built in.

The Sire V5! They are releasing it this year with a new black finish/gold pickguard. It's an amazing bass, a better and more affordable version of the Fender Player Jazz bass.
