It's fair to express oneself. Freak out looks on occasions like DJ party, receptions or some freak'g functions have no impact, but when you adopt those into your day to day life..that;s where Yo Yo goes wrong !!! People often misunderstand the term western "trends", but what they should understand is , those trends are made by the music / film / advt industry to showcase themselves. On the screen they show up, that's it. behind the screen they are simple human beings. Most of weirdos sitting there can't justify or lack their motive of having such shabby appearance. They inadvertently point out examples of Bob Marley and other afro/black musicians or similar figures in pop culture. The first thing they should understand is african people don't have lush long hair growth like Indians or westerners. They always resort to wigs to solve this problem. Well, we Indians are blessed with natural good hair. Another thing is that lady's definition of yo-yo is incorrect. It means fluctuating/maneuvering. What most of the young generation does is blindly copy weirdos from the west rather than trying to understand why they do it. Body piercing is not only followed by adivasis in kerala. It existed in old Aztec and Mayan civilization. They also practice voodoo. Things like that are getting attention in our media these days. Accepting any crap because it's new is a dumb idea but think about it for a while and ask yourself, why do we need it if we have better ways to present oneself classy in front of society. Seriously, how many of these people have a good job? How many of them got married ? That shows what society thinks about them.

These people are just using the term as part of their local lingo or slang, references to Jamaica and Bob Marley (actually a Jamaican Rastafarian Reggae artist) by some the guys notwithstanding. Nothing to do with Black culture in America. Learn to understand things in context. By the way, ignorance and lack of education is revealed in more material ways, like in the case of the guy here who uses the dreadful N word.
