Too much..To all the ppl asking about c section, if it's first delivery, you will be back to your old weight. From 2nd delivery, you will get complications and losing weight will be tough..doesnt mean that it is not possible. Rather than getting irritated reply from them, you can consult your obgyn for betterness as every delivery is unique😊

U can go for cetaphil Or sebamed bodywash and use body lotion of the same brand. More than soap , body wash gives a moisturing effect also. These two products will be very skin friendly. Powder try to avoid sis coz the tiny particles may enter the nose. Oil I'm using himalaya baby oil.

Hi ifthi and krithi.. i m happy that you both are positive people.. but try to rest as much as possible after ur c section krithi.. my relative was trying to get all chores done after c section so she is facing a lot of issues.. like uterus adhesion which is very bad and one of the complications of c section.. please take care ma!
