Recipe looks fantastic !!. Had you used iceberg lettuce instead of cabbage would have elevated the flavors and you would have that extra crunch. Also with these kebab's you can serve a nice coleslaw. Keep experimenting!! that's the only way to innovate new things/recipes.

Happy to note that Gayan met some digi family flavours . I tried Yakult - Mango lite ( a couple of weeks ago ) & I liked it . Having said that nothing to beat the original Yakult 💯💯💯 Wow the end output is an ultimate Veg Wrap & a piquant chutney 👌👌 Approval from Uncle , Aunty & Gayan 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Will try this recipe at home 👌👌 Well done dear Namrta 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Time for Namrta to taste the New Yakult Lite ( Mango flavour ) . The after taste bitterness is due to the incorporated sweeteners like Malitiol & Succralose . It’s much more healthy than the full sugar based Red Yakult .
