Yeah man 100%! I’m always looking for new ways to get my workouts that little bit more intense. Only recently I’ve really focused on tri sets (doing 3 excercises) as one but that’s after that one heavy compound lift. Try it out. So after you do incline DB chest press. Do 10 reps cable flys, 10 reps press ups & 10 rep high to low cable flys. Your muscle fibres will be shocked and ripped

Hi, I have an Audi rs6 c7 2014. I'm confused about the x2 Hpfp. Some look like a complete unit. Then Auto tech sell the smaller thinner pump.. What would you recommend if you were changing the x2 pumps? Cheers Rob Its running around 670bhp and 900nm mrc tune.

The 2016 r/s 4.0L has a low pressure fuel pump from tank to bay. So you’ve replaced a pressure fuel pump with a high pressure fuel pump. You need an in tank high pressure fuel pump. Walboro 255 bosh 044 or run a twin setup.

You don't ever need to hold the HPFP by the top nut where you have it clamped to in the vise. You can easily break/bend the tiny seal ring inside. Also, use a towel around it so you don't scratch it all to hell. Also, NGK are fine, but you can also go colder with Brisk ER10S or ER12S depending on what power you're making.
